We frame these factors within your geographic location and compare the local quality of life and cost of living in the process of finding the right matches for your company.
Once we have identified candidates, we begin the screening, qualifying, and recruiting presenting you with the resumes and data sheets for select candidates. We handle all interview arrangements and compile candidate and company feedback afterwards. For candidates you choose to pursue further, we perform reference checking and offer the option of performing background checking and drug screening. We may also prepare the offer package in accordance with your practices. Throughout the process from inception through probationary period, we maintain contact and consulting with both hiring manager and candidate.
